   In my current role I am tasked with helping to grow Ricoh\'s Production Print presence with our Independent Dealers in 4 states within the Midwest Region. I have responsibility for some of the largest dealers in our area. Assisting them in developing high performance sales and delivery teams. I am also responsible for connecting my various team members with these dealers to expand their market share through the many specialty products and solutions Ricoh supports. Involved in training of Sales Reps, working with the pre and post-sales support teams, and integrating with their service support teams. As needed, I also coordinate support from our Vendor Partners, so they can share their expertise with the Dealer community.
