Supporting the design of social value programmes and activities and deliver outputs linked to major construction projects-Identifying opportunities to enhance social value and advise accordingly -Bid support, innovation, client liaison, upskilling of colleagues and raising Mace’s profile externally-Report on social value KPIs to client and planning authority in line with s106 obligations-Engage with candidates, advise, organise training, refer to sub-contractor vacancies-Promote diversity and inclusion and work with under-represented groups-Support the supply chain and Mace project staff to maximise value to society on construction projects-Engage with schools colleges and community groups to facilitate educational visits and activities and community volunteering and events
