About John Litzinger
John has more than three decades of experience in the successful design of public and private civil engineering projects that range from conceptual phases through construction. He also can lead a project team with varied backgrounds and special skills across all disciplines including rail, highway, and structure projects. From his tenure at Caltrans, he has working knowledge of Caltrans procedures and the project development process. Since 2008, John has been working on California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) projects, and he has a successful track record on rail and maintenance facility projects throughout the Peninsula, the South Bay, and through the Pacheco Pass to the Central Valley. With more than 28 years of experience in the South Bay, he can effectively coordinate projects with the local county, cities, agencies and other stakeholders that may be involved during a project.
