As a Disabilities Manager at Child Development Centers, Inc, I oversee the Behavioral Health Team across multiple locations in Erie, Crawford, and Venango counties. I facilitate psychological evaluations, IBHS referrals, and additional community resource referrals for students, ensuring they receive the necessary support. I also conduct observations of students with behavioral difficulties and model ABA and Conscious Discipline interventions. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gannon University, I have a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and development. I am passionate about creating inclusive and supportive environments for children and families, and I strive to make a positive impact in their lives.

   Service all (6) Child Development Centers, Inc. locations in Erie County- Facilitate psychological evaluation referrals to contracted psychologist to secure services for students- Facilitate IBHS referrals to secure BC/BHT services for students- Facilitate any additional community resource/program referrals for students as requested by families- Conduct observations of students with documented behavioral difficulties and model ABA interventions- Participate in Team Meetings with Directors, Child Wellbeing Specialists, and Teachers to discuss students’ behaviors, provide ABA intervention suggestions/feedback, and determine if any referrals are appropriate/needed- Participate in Health Services Advisory Committee meetings- Participate in Child Wellbeing/Behavioral Health meetings- Maintain regular communication with families who have children active in any referral process and provide any assistance, information, and/or resources that may be necessary- Maintain accurate notes for all interactions with students and their families- Maintain current Releases of Information for contracted psychologist- Maintain electronic records system with applicable documents- Attend all relevant trainings as required by Child Development Centers, Inc.
