I am a securities, corporate governance, ESG, healthcare, healthcare regulatory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, corporate, compliance, litigation management, information technology and real estate lawyer.I am an expert in roll ups, mergers and acquisitions, transactions including healthcare transactions, securities, corporate governance, risk management and compliance. I have significant recent long term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, homecare, hospice, behavioral health, memory care, rehab, I-snps, managed care, insurance and pharmacy experience. I also have many years of private practice experience as a corporate and securities lawyer representing clients in many different industries. I have two undergraduate degrees, one in accounting and one in finance. Both degrees are with high honors from Purdue University. My law degree is from Indiana University. In addition, I was on the law review at Indiana University. I am a three time All-American triathlete and have been on Team USA three times. I was second in the country and seventh in the world in my age group. I am also an Ironman triathlon certified coach and train my elite marathon running wife (age group).
