   As a Lead Coding Instructor for Futures Fund my job is to communicate actively with my students, create their classroom experience and track their learning. We use Moodle, email and scheduled office hours to assist in accomplishing these tasks. Alongside provided materials this also means I must do curriculum management and develop lesson plans for each day. In teaching minors with the Technology Academy and adults that would be considered non-traditional students with the Coding Boot Camp my pedagogy has developed. The semesters we work follow a spring, summer, fall format and last the length of expected semesters in college courses and we are giving them college level material. The end goal is for them to acquire certificates at the end of the process and be prepared for careers. Thus far we seem to be successful at that objective. I teach HTML, CSS, Javascript & JQuery.
