Project Director with 15+ years experience in the construction/development of Major Projects, covering infrastructure, residential, hotel, commercial/office, heritage/restoration, and retail. Recently accomplished project delivery of the multi-billion, multi-use, Grade II listed, London landmark, Battersea Power Station. The iconic building opened to the public for the first time in October 2022 after 10 years in planning, development and construction ultimately coalescing into a world-class example of British architecture and engineering at its best, exceeding the expectations of shareholders, developers and the local communities. Personally it signals a huge personal milestone after 5+ years on the project. Highlights include:• Construction of a new retail destination encompassing +100 retail units, 2 cinemas and food hall sq. ft.) attracting big brands into the heart of the development • Restoration of multiple heritage areas including the much publicised historic 1920’s Control Room A • Construction of an largescale events space now leased to a leading global brand • Construction and fitout of a 109m high panoramic lift and associated experience that emerges from one of the iconic Battersea Power Station chimneysPlease feel free to connect.
