ABOUT JOHN LENTINE
I am a criminal defense lawyer in Birmingham, Alabama and I have been in private practice for 38 years. I practice all types of criminal defense work in the State of Alabama and in the Federal criminal justice system. My career is dedicated to representing those who are accused and who need help. While my practice is exclusively criminal defense my firm handles personal injury, domestic relations, family law, and probate matters. I have had the honor of teaching at the National Criminal Defense College since 1998, the Cumberland School of Law since the early 1990\'s and the Birmingham School of Law since 2004. I also have had the pleasure of and continue teaching at continuing legal education programs devoted to criminal defense work across the United States. I also act as a private consultant to civil law firms for possible criminal issues that may arise in their cases and to teach trial skills and techniques to their new lawyers.
