In my role as Chief Strategy Officer, I lead Herrera’s firmwide strategic initiatives for growth and expansion in a manner that upholds the quality of service and corporate values that define Herrera within our industry. Building on my 27 years of experience working at the firm, I aim to elevate Herrera\'s market presence and drive profitability and growth in a manner that is consistent with our social and environmental ethics. I strive to build strong client relationships, collaborate across company leaders, and identify strategic business opportunities. My approach emphasizes authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability.When I’m not working, I spend much of my free time fly fishing for salmon in the Puget Sound or trout in Cascade mountain streams and lakes. I am honored to work with people that are helping to protect or restore these places I cherish.
