I am a senior leader focused on client success and partnership, with extensive experience across banking, retail, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, entertainment/media, and the trucking and distribution verticals. As the head of the Global Commercial Services team at Esri, Inc. I have the privilege of leading a specialized practice, made up of highly experienced spatial consultants and technologists focused on the challenges faced by the private sector and solving real world business problems.I have helped build this high-performing commercial team over several years and have responsibility for an expanding multi-million-dollar portfolio. A focus of mine is leading customer strategic and operational success journeys with a focus on creating business value through intelligent use of technology and a practical approach to value-add services. In the past year, my team has expanded to include innovative offerings in the areas of advanced spatial analytics and sophisticated visualization using Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence / IoT to meet customer strategic goals and to enable data-driven decision-making and business transformation. In our delivery of services, my team has a reputation for excellence and for fostering strong, trusted relationships with our customers and building a community of users. My goal is to make extremely complicated technical situations easy for people to understand and always look for creative solutions to challenges my customer or team is facing.
