I’m passionate about building thoughtful, practical learning experiences that close performance gaps, support teams where they are, and make a meaningful impact on the business.I’m a certified ATD Master Trainer and hold a Project Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development, along with an InDesign Fundamentals certificate from AcademyX. These tools allow me to design, manage, and deliver engaging learning solutions from concept through execution.In my role as Senior Learning and Onboarding Experience Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group, I lead our sales training and company wide onboarding programs. My focus is on creating a consistent and supportive transition for new hires while continuing to build skills and confidence well beyond day one.
