My role is to lead key strategic Bakery projects both in the UK and Export business that supports delivering a profitable and market leading operation across all Tesco formats. I will utilise my experience and knowledge to advise the category, identify key opportunities and drive change that supports moving the business forward for the benefit of both customers and colleagues.I work cross functionally with different teams across the business to ensure that all work streams are delivered in a timely and collaborative manner. I will also work closely with the supply base across the UK to ensure that product quality, innovation and in-store operations deliver a market leading customer experience at all times alongside the most efficient operation possible.
