As a Director - Human Resources WAH USA, I am overseeing all aspects of HR department by planning, directing, and administering all human resources plans, activities, and implementation of new policies and procedures across the United States. I am designing, developing, and administering employee separation notices, exit interviews, severance agreements, and related documentation. I am communicating clearly and directly with employees to resolve concerns about performance expectations, productivity, and accountability. Additionally, I am administering talent review process along with coordinate and administer the annual employment program. I am training and mentoring management staff across the organization on a variety of HR procedure, policy, employment, and human resource related topics.A few key accomplishments in this tenure include:• Led the US integration of Workday HCM • Minimized the overall errors and waste by formulating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.• Increased productivity and efficiency by creating best practices policies/procedures and providing areas for improvement, including operations, accounting, and safety.• Spearheaded the HR department during COVID pandemic on site as well as headed HR group by developing a virtual workforce for 2,200 person.• Developed and implemented all policies and procedures across organization as well as maintained internal documents, including four company handbooks.• Revised and updated the attendance policy as well as established legally compliant policies in 15 states.
