Lead Oncology ADC data management o Due to data access and availability issues with existing solution, designed and implemented oncology-specific ADC registration process including rich metadata, standard ontology, and downstream data availability o Work with large molecule biologists to get data out of Excel and PowerPoint and into databases to ensure downstream availability o Advocate for Oncology requirements in new ADC registration system being built by Tech@Lilly (develop a simple and robust process and tool without disrupting ongoing project teams) o Enable sample management to process ADC samples by capturing additional required data at time of registration and ensuring its flow and availability in sample management software o Develop tools to improve ADC request/management process by increasing automation and standardization saving scientist time and reducing manual entry errors
