About John Laeger

John is a trusted member of the leadership team of Targa Resources. John’s duties for Targa Resources include overseeing gathering and processing operations, supply chain, EH & S, EAM, and ROW departments. Throughout his career in the energy industry, John has played a critical role in the successful growth and expansion of each Company. He has provided oversight for the project development, design and construction of more than $5.0 billion of midstream facility expansions including 700 MMscfd of gas processing facilities, 2 Bscfd of gas treating facilities, and more than 2,500 miles of (gas gathering, residue, crude and NGL) pipelines in the Fayetteville Shale, Woodford Shale, Haynesville Shale, Bakken Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, SCOOP, STACK, Permian Midland and Permian Delaware Basins.From 2019 to 2024, John focused on commercial optimization and development of the largest gas gathering and processing system in the Permian Basin (Targa Resources).
