He was recruited to lead a people, process, and technology transformation when Tyco restructured from a holding company of many operating units to a single operating company. John oversees external hosting, SaaS and cloud service providers as well as provides architecture, engineering and operational leadership for enterprise infrastructure, data center services, and IT service management globally within Global Infrastructure Services.John was formerly Senior Director, Enterprise Platform Computing and Service Management at Covance, Inc, where he drove business enabling changes, including a 3-year $80M program to consolidate and modernize the company’s infrastructure and migrate 1200 applications across 42 data centers into 3 new data centers world-wide. Before joining Covance John was Head of Infrastructure Operations and Midrange Services at ING and Manager of Midrange Shared Services at GE Money Services.
