I am responsible for supporting the Parsons intelligent transportation system and Connected Communities groups. I actively complete research and assists with developing research projects, policies and procedures, and proposals from inception to delivery. Previously, I served as the Programs Committee Chair of Georgia Department of Transportation’s TIME (Traffic Incident Management Enhancement) Task Force. Currently, I serve as the Project Manager for the SCDOT Statewide TMC program.    Parsons provides staff at five traffic management centers throughout the state, including one centrally located 24-hour center. Staff members observe interstate traffic conditions and assists with coordinating in-field traffic incident management responses to improve congestion relief and roadway safety operations. Parsons also provides routine signal retiming, signal corridor retiming, on-demand operational retiming, field observations, data collection and analysis, and signal design, as necessary. I oversee the Parsons management and operational staff for five Traffic Management Centers throughout South Carolina. Responsibilities include approving project expenses and invoicing, hiring staff, attending client meetings, and overseeing all human resource activities associated with the project.
