   I manage a team of engineers that perform diagnostics on machinery and BAS systems that supports the service business worldwide for Johnson Controls. This team performs diagnostics services on many different types of systems through a centralized data collection systems to support 100\'s of service support teams across the globe. We specialize in chiller mechanical and operational diagnostics and have recently added remote BAS (Building Automation Systems) services. But we also deliver predictive service to a whole range of mechanical equipment types. My role is to manage a team that delivers these services to assure accuracy of results, delivery of timely reports, and support to the service organization that drives future growth and sustainability. Through this team Johnson Controls has been highly successful in leveraging technology to drive success and deliver improved decision making. Our customers gain through our specialized expertise in the HVAC industry and how to cost effectively apply technology. My team is a key component to the future growth of Johnson Controls by leveraging this team\'s expertise in equipment and BAS diagnostics and how to turn this into results that the business and our customers can benefit from. Our goal is to drive the growth of the service business by leveraging technology to build a competitive advantage. My team has been at the forefront of this strategy for Johnson Controls by helping develop new tools that enables our factory, technicians, and customers in making more informed and better decision about the maintenance and reliability of the equipment and BAS systems that they maintain.
