About John Kraper

Principal within PwC Advisory’s Financial Services Transformation group, I have been privileged enough to have over 18 years of diverse consulting experiences across banking and capital markets. When I graduated from college, I was certain I would take two years in consulting to “decide what I wanted to do with my life,” and each year I realize just how much I have learned and how much this industry and my clients teach me. It’s that constant thirst for knowledge and relationship- building that keeps me in consulting, and it’s my experience working with absolutely amazing colleagues at #pwc that make me believe we can accomplish so much individually and professionally. I support banks on their journeys to develop or enhance their digital banking profile and/or regulatory compliance, managing both small and large teams to that end. This includes collaboration with both clients and digital fintechs alike. I find true joy, fulfillment and energy in the concept of building relationships and helping one another grow in knowledge and skill. That’s when we’re at our best - when we team up to help each other to reach a common goal. What more could you ask for in this thing called a career?
