As Managing Broker for Loden, I focus on all things leasing and sales, and help spearhead new development, partnership, and brokerage opportunities for the firm. I joined Loden in May of 2025 after 17 years at York Properties Inc. where I served as Broker in Charge and managed the commercial brokerage division. I enjoy all aspects of CRE, including Landlord and Tenant representation, Seller and Buyer representation, market analysis, development, and general consultation. I have amassed a transactional volume of over $800M in my 20+ year career.I vigorously represent all sides of the real estate spectrum including private equity groups, boutique investors, REITS, family companies, mom and pops, and independent landlords and tenants. I enjoy spending time with start-ups and first-time operators, helping them navigate the myriad of variables ensuring success. I have a deep track record representing the unique real estate needs of non-profits.If not looking over aerials, contracts or spreadsheets, you will likely find me cheering for my family or deep in the turkey woods.Specialties: Lease and Contract negotiations.
