Act as a 1st line of escalation and key approver in project gate reviews, change orders, estimates, and SOW/MSA- Oversee high-visibility fixed-price and T&M projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and internal QMS respecting ISO 9001- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop project plans, monitor and adjust resource allocation. Review andimprove internal processes to enhance project execution- Mentor junior-intermediate project managers, foster collaborative culture, organize group trainings.
