ABOUT JOHN KLOETZING

I help organisations move from coordination-driven routines to decision-ready environments where trade-offs are explicit and capital is deployed consciously.Across Life Sciences and Consumer industries, I design IBP, S & OP and Supply Chain architectures for contexts where volatility is constant, reliability is mission-critical and humans stands at the center. My conviction is simple:Performance under pressure is rarely a forecasting issue or human deficit.It is a Supply Chain decision architecture and network question.In practice, that means:• Making decision logic explicit and shifting from escalation to shared ownership.• Surfacing trade-offs early instead of absorbing them in inventory or overtime.• Designing resilience into the system long before disruption appears.At Bayer, I partnered with commercial, medical and manufacturing leaders in Pharma, Biotech and MedTech to strengthen planning beyond forecast accuracy and toward enterprise alignment.At Heineken, I built my operational foundation in customer service and logistics. That early exposure shaped my respect for execution and the belief that strong strategy only works when it holds at the frontline.I welcome thoughtful conversations on planning maturity, capital-aware supply chains and decision governance in complex environments.
