I worked in the fire service for over 26 years ultimately reaching the rank of Division Chief. I was responsible for a multitude of tasks including hiring, discipline, investigations, and risk management. I currently work as the Vice President of Employee Services for Youth Opportunity Investments. I am responsible for the Human Resources and Staff Development departments. As a company, we are passionately dedicated to empowering young individuals to achieve success and independence.
