With over 30 years of leadership experience in the IT Outsourcing industry, I am a Consultant, Legal Operations at Dell Technologies where I support the onboarding of new legal areas to the ServiceNow Legal application interfacing with senior stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into use cases and operational interfaces. I provide training to legal staff and their end users on the effective use of the tools.
