I was responsible for the full end to end testing of two B2C ink subscription solutions developed by various international development teams. The solutions incorporate various development languages, subscription and payment management tools such as Zuora, GoCardless and Stripe.Creation of regression test packs for all functional areas such as API (Postman tests), mobile and web frontend.Reviewing complex business processes with the teams to create manual and automated tests and overall acceptance criteria for all functional areas such as mobile, international localisation, web frontend and Zuora customer subscription workflows. Creation of manual test packs to ensure continuing product quality when new functionality is added.Executing and reporting on various test execution cycles, which includes effort estimation, assigning / monitoring of tasks and reporting on test effort to stake holders.ines were met.Utilisation of virtual emulation tools for cross browser & device compatibility testing across all supported browsers and devices.Assisted in the setting up of Jira and workflow definition to ensure effective creation and management of tasks and defects.Creation of various test reporting interfaces to clearly detail test progression and quality of product.Ensuring defects raised contained detailed and clear information to enable fast resolution.Retesting defects to ensure the fix is correct an no addition issues have been created.Liaising with offshore and in-house technology and product specialist teams to discuss the requested functionality, delivery and issue resolution.Visited the development team in the Netherlands on several occasions to collaborate with developers and project management teams to ensure the functionality was delivered on time.Hosting video conference calls to present testing objectives to SEC project management and off-shore development teams.
