Bible Center Is a unique ministry situated in the capital city of West Virginia. It sits on 96 acres of incredible land, has a church facility that is second to none in design, and is home to a preschool, elementary school, and middle school. The church has existed for over 75 years and is making a significant impact within Charleston as well as the state of West Virginia. The last several years have seen much expansion in digital along with launching a live television broadcast. As Executive Pastor I am primarily responsible for:Day to day organizational leadership of the ministries and staff.Strategy and implementation of vision across the multiple ministry departments within our church.Leading and Developing our staff team and volunteer boards.Creating alignment among our team members and ministry departments. Serving with the elder board and the school board
