   This position has a broad range of responsibilities serving as Senior Director Finance For SCEA’s Canadian and Latin America commercial operations and principally covering Budgeting and Planning, Reporting as well as Financial Management, partnering with SCEA’s corporate FP & A and GL group, located in San Mateo and Global Tax and Treasury Services groups located in New York and Los Angeles and SCEI Corporate Planning based in Tokyo. Budgeting and Planning• Working with Director of FP & A assist in the preparation of both long- and short- range planning for the region.• Work with the Latin business groups and provide necessary budget guidance. • Work with functional areas to understand and meet their financial needs • Recommend and lead cost saving initiatives.• Work with all Latin America functional area heads in negotiating large contracts.• Assist corporate team and country leads building the quarterly reports for the management team, ensuring that they are aligned to the objectives of the company. Financial Management • Provide financial guidance to country managers and functional leaders to ensure financial objectives are aligned with strategic goals and operational business plans.• Work with Global Tax department and assess transfer pricing for both entities in Canada and Latin America and recommend changes as necessary.• Ensure all associated risks and opportunities, both near term operational and longer term strategic are identified and reviewed periodically. Reporting • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting of financial key performance indicators.• Analyze financial results by country and functional area, act as an advisor to Regional Heads on actions to be taken.
