I lead the executive team to ensure that the Boards objectives are met. The AIC Board consists of Chief Executives of blue chip multinational agribusiness companies. As Chief Operating Officer my priorities include overseeing the strategic management financial management, membership, public affairs and the communications agenda.This role provides great variety and management opportunities for me but the focus of the role is always to ensure that members receive an \"added value\" offer for their funding into AIC.
