Provides technical, financial, and program management support to the Rotorcraft Research Program •Facilitates all activities related to the coordination of the FAA certification of FTD Loft VR simulators.•Coordinates with Operations and is the primary POC for all laboratory expansion-related requests. •Develop contingency plans for delays and work to mitigate their impact on program activities.•Creates cost estimates for construction activities and maintains project schedules. •Think creatively to develop cost-effective solutions for issues identified by Lab Services.•Leads efforts for laboratory renovations of CSF/VFAST Lab.•Oversee all expansion, maintenance, and upgrade activities for the research heliport/vertiport.(HPM77) at Atlantic City International Airport (KACY). •Coordinates activities with other rotorcraft safety team members, the AC International Airport Tower, the Airport Research Branch, and the Weather Group. •Directs contractor support staff in installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading existing and future equipment.•Serves as a simulator operator on the R22, H125, S76, and Heli Mod Bell 407 simulators as required by project/program activities. •Sets up and maintains configuration control/inventory/tracking of CSF/VFAST Laboratory assets.•Coordinates with staff and members of ANG-E1 who manage ISO processes, certification, and accreditation. •Directs contractor support staff and maintains/updates laboratory equipment and capabilities documentation.•Assists Rotorcraft and Vertical Flight Safety Research members by developing and maintaining overall. and project-specific schedules, program/project documentation, procurement of equipment, and coordinating with the team to execute necessary program activities to accomplish team goals.
