Requirements Leadership: Led 10+ cross-functional workshops (Supply Chain, IT, Vendor Management) to gather and document detailed business requirements for ATCO’s E‑Sourcing & SQM initiative, covering RFP management, vendor onboarding, and compliance controls. Project Planning & Governance: Co-authored the project charter and developed governance materials (stakeholder matrix, RACI charts), clearly defining team roles and ownership. Proactively led a RACI review to ensure accountability and address potential risk areas. Solution Design Collaboration: Partnered with Oracle SMEs and solution architects to design and validate system configuration changes aligned with requirements. Proposed enhancements to Oracle’s RFP workflows (e.g. scoring automation, template versioning) and supplier portal features (e.g. profile updates, compliance flagging) to better meet business needs. Results & Impact: Accelerated the analysis phase by achieving ~70–80% requirements completion in the first month, jumpstarting the design phase ahead of schedule. When the project’s manager transitioned out, stepped up to facilitate team meetings and keep critical tasks on track, maintaining momentum and securing leadership approval to proceed to implementation.
