ABOUT JOHN KAIKIS
With more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and metal forming industry, I currently lead Business Development for stamping and bending lines in the United States at Fagor Arrasate, supporting customers in the automotive and home appliance sectors. Before joining Fagor Arrasate, I spent over 12 years at GE Appliances, holding several leadership roles in advanced engineering, metal stamping, and automation. As Director of Tooling and Automation, I led the strategic development of in-house manufacturing capabilities, driving innovation in automation, injection molding, and high-performance stamping processes. My time at GE strengthened my ability to connect technical expertise with strategic direction, managing cross-functional teams and continuous improvement projects that enhanced efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across manufacturing operations. Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong technical and commercial background that allows me to bridge the gap between engineering and business. My goal is to deliver solutions that are technically sound, economically efficient, and fully aligned with each customer’s objectives. I take pride in working with global teams to provide high-quality, innovative, and reliable manufacturing systems.
