In 20+ years of leading change initiatives within the Financial Services industry, I have successfully delivered a broad range of end-to-end change. In those early years, leading change was an integral part of owning, managing and growing the business. In today\'s currency, my successes would be categorised as business change, change management, project management and programme management.I\'ve launched innovative new products and customer propositions to a national market. I\'ve helped to create and establish new sales teams. I\'ve helped my business expand operations overseas. I\'ve set-up and defined a new business function. I\'ve helped to redefine and streamline regional operations. I\'ve chaired SteerCo meetings and collaborated with a variety of business functions: relationship managers, front line sales teams, marketing, legal, media relations, client service, operational teams, and the techies.In the last five years, I\'ve transitioned into dedicated transformation/change roles. I\'ve led Global Target Operating Model design and I have led Target Service Model implementation. I\'ve redefined and embed process change to mitigate operating risk. To these roles, I have brought my passion and experience of leading change that is sympathetic to the business. Change that will ensure.I\'m seeking a new assignment that will benefit from my passion for working within (or with) a business to deliver enduring change: business change manager, project manager, or programme manager. All the better if there is a high degree of technical change supporting the business change. I\'m not a career PMO or a career project delivery manager. I don\'t have the typical project certifications (PMP, Prince2, Lean 6 Sigma Black belt etc.) but I have delivered enough change at multinational organisations to effectively apply those frameworks and approaches.
