Created a restaurant concept focused on well being and better living. We operated the concept for over 33 years and expanded it to nine locations as well as franchise opportunity for others. Management of those restaurants and interacting with the employees, staff and customers was most rewarding. Having a science background, I was instrumental in creation and launch of a new concept, Frill, Plant-Based Frozen Dessert, a healthy vegan ice cream alternative. Great communicator, a team player, problem solver and eager to learn.
