Built and led drilling teams in Thailand, Azerbaijan, Caspian region, Venezuela, Cambodia and throughout North America. Led green field start-up operations on land (15 stratigraphic wells in Venezuela) and offshore Cambodia, delivering Cambodia’s offshore exploration campaign in under one year. Managed day-to-day operations on the Jack-Up rig Key Gibraltar, achieving 2 years LTA-free and 1 year incident-free.
