Agile coach to the Agile coaches at the Navy Forge and the Integrated Warfare Systems X (IWSx), helping to build the first Agile Software Factory for the Navy. Provide routine coaching and advice to help navigate the customization of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approaches along with product management and DevOps. Results have included dramatically improved PI planning and team empowerment, streamlining workpackage (in SAFe parlance a \"Business Epic\") development, and Enabling both problem and solution discovery on teams. Other notable improvements and trainings include- User Story Workshops to emphasize whole teams with 3Cs that empower solution discovery - Product roadmapping training and courses for Navy Leadership, including Strategic Themems, Flywheel concepts, OKRs, and Problem-based roadmaps- Lean Engineering and architecture - Value Stream Identification for software, computer infrastructure, and Enabling Teams (architecture, DevOps, Agile Advocates/LACE)- Team Topologies (oriented around Domain Driven design) for 15+ teams across over 100 people - Work Release Management through better PI planning and IP Sprint activites to identify team depending and capacity
