Assist RM’s in configuring single year and multi orders in Apttus and Order Automation. •Assist with one-off initiatives and projects (order configuration and billing). •Support Sales Leaders transfer requests in SAP. •Handle portfolio changes/moves in SAP with new hires and portfolio moves. •Work with back office/finance teams to resolve any billing/tax/invoice issues. •Assist with reconciliation of monthly billing report and submit any adjustments needed onto the Sales Log for Accounting to review.
