Known for the ability to think outside of the box while keeping a firm grasp on the needs of the company, I am able to look at, analyze, and determine the best way to mitigate roadblocks that occur during EHR and EMR software implementations. One common roadblock is the disconnect between the needs of end users and the abilities of analysts and programmers to realistically meet those needs. I have been successful in translating front-end concerns of the end users to the back-end programmers, and vice versa. Bridging that gap is a critical component to ensure smooth transitions to new software. As well, listening to and helping providers and end users understand how to best use the software given any limitations and adopt to new EMR technology has maximized end user adoption of the new software.
