Responsible for leading the manufacturing change communication and engagement strategy for JLR’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This includes- Leading the change communication strategy for Halewood’s SAP S/4HANA digital transformation, impacting circa stakeholders. Leveraged the Prosci ADKAR framework to drive user adoption and engagement, utilising a diverse mix of communication tools and platforms to support the transition- Spearheading change management communication strategies for multiple digital transformation programmes across JLR’s manufacturing sites, including EPMC and Nitra, ensuring alignment, engagement and readiness at all levels- Establishing and leading Change Networks to support JLR’s SAP S/4HANA transformation. Facilitating monthly engagement sessions to ensure colleagues were informed, aligned, and equipped for new ways of working- Managing and organising both online and in person engagement events and activities- Supporting the coordination of SAP training for JLR colleagues.
