About John J. Strang

Began professional career as an Architectural Designer/Draftsman while enrolled at Porter & Chester Institute. Worked on over 60+ Dunkin Donuts design/construction documents and various other projects.After a couple years of drafting, I was then trained as the companies estimator under the guidance of the Owner and Chief Estimator at the time along with enrolling in a number of estimating educational classes.Once established, I became the Chief Estimator and handled all the companies bidding for potential projects. Meeting with clients to grasp their dreams and visions for their new facilities or renovations, our team will take their program and develop a conceptual floor plan layout and building elevations. From there we produce a design/build approach for their construction needs which leads to construction budget pricing in a fast track manner. About 6 years in to my tenure with the company I took on the role of Project Manager along with maintaining the Chief Estimator position.It continues to be an exciting journey being able to be such an important part of such amazing projects in the manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aviation, recovery, medical, bioscience, warehouse, distribution, equine, and many other industries.
