   I proudly work for YAI, an agency that consists of eight not-for-profit agencies with over 5,500 employees who work in 450 programs building brighter futures for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in the New York area. Proud recipients of #1 Best Companies To Work For In New York Award and #1 National Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award. My duties over the years have included: Planning staff schedules that meet program and client’s needs as well as attend all required ISP meetings, oversee all records, billing, petty cash, treatment plans and communication systems. I have facilitated evaluations and supervised 20 staff members who provided services for six clients within a group home setting. I am also a regional certified NTSI defensive driver instructor for my agency. I follow appropriate procedures in reporting Incidents and Occurrences as per NYS regulations. I further coordinate participation and communication between the interdisciplinary team including medical professionals, clinicians, family members, program psychologist, program nurse and Medicaid Service Coordinators. Finally, I am on call 24-hours a day to ensure my client\'s health, safety and well being and to trouble-shoot various issues.
