Responsibilities include:Project Planning and Execution: Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various bioreactor development projects, ensuring they meet timelines, customer expectations, budgets, and quality standards.Team Coordination: Driving constant coordination among Mechanical Design, DC Design, Electrical Design, Manufacturing, and Quality leads.Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Performance Tracking: Tracking project performance using scheduling, budgeting, and resource management tools, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and preparing detailed project reports for senior management.
