Manages the efficient and effective operation of the Reliability, Calibration laboratories, ensuring proper resources, capability, and operation expenses are within budget • Design reliability qualification and evaluation plans for package-related and fabrication-related changes, in consideration of various industry standards such as JEDEC, Automotive Electronic Council’s AEC-Q100/Q101, and IEC60068. • Assures quarterly reliability monitoring execution in close coordination with business lines and site manufacturing operations.• Identifies project support needed to assure capacity and capabilities are in place (quarterly update review) for all projects provided by NPI and Innovation group• Supports on-time engineering test request execution that cover line rejects, customer complaints and risk-assessments, assembly and automotive qualifications• Assure continuous equipment performance monitoring and on-time preventive maintenance execution. • Assures all processes for Reliability are documented and updated, continuously driving quality and process improvements • Assures identification and hiring of personnel with profiles fit for Reliability-Cal lab operations; pursues activities on training and coaching need for the REL-CAL team• Oversee the health, safety, and environmental requirements are installed and/or implemented for all personnel in the REL- CAL laboratories
