Development & Project Management -Development & Project Management of over acres since the year including master-planned communities, multifamily properties, resorts, golf courses, retail and condominiums in several states and countries-Managed the internal development process on numerous commercial land investments-Includes negotiating and coordinating with investors, lenders, land planners, engineers, zoning boards, municipalities, contractors, sub-contractors. One program is for existing properties (valuations, forecasting, and budgeting) and one for land development. Utilizing these, I analyzed a myriad of real estate opportunities through the United States and selected countries around the world. Corporate Finance -Create, maintain and manage corporate budgets, financial forecasting, and analysis while working in concert with head of Treasury and company Chairman-Negotiate and obtain commercial lines of credit and asset financing with numerous agencies-Compose, analyze and interpret financial data for Board of Directors-Develop and review current and future economic statistical data and communicating findings up to the CEO and Board of Directors.
