About John Idol

I have completed my masters in counseling at the University of Louisiana Monroe with a goal of becoming an LPC(Licensed Professional Counselor) after completing the necessary requirements for this title. I have over a decade of customer service experience at retail(Managerial) and at call centers. I also have experience with Non Profit Organizations, specifically with those that serve the LGBTQ community.2017 Gallup Strength Finder : Input,Restorative,Learner,Competitive,and Developer.I have years of experience in customer service( call centers and retail). I have management and cash office experience in retail. I have worked for non profits and currently work for JPMorgan Chase in their Mortgage Banking division. I have volunteered for the Executive Culture Council for over 2 years. Since 2014, I have served on the Louisiana PRIDE board with various positions: Secretary, Networking and Communications, and since July 2015 I have been Co-Chair of the Chase sponsored Business Resource Group. I am flexible, dependable, intelligent, highly motivated, passionate and extremely diligent. I work well with teams as well as individually.
