As an Agile, Lean-focused Chartered Engineer of the UK Engineering Council (2016), my career path shows a progressive advancement and leadership in onshore/offshore drilling operations. Experienced in multi-site conventional and unconventional environments, I deliver solid performance under tight deadlines bringing projects and plans in on time and on budget. Attained the qualification as a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining UK in 2018, I also acquired certification as a PRINCE 2 Project Management Practitioner in 2015 (No. I am quick to acquire and integrate new knowledge and technology and utilize a strong business acumen to explore and pursue future well production with a keen awareness of costs. Leveraging a facilitative approach to management, I foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative development. This has gained me a reputation as a leader who driving strategic planning, innovative design, and comprehensive solutions to get things done, examples of which can be found in my job history below. An engaging and articulate communicator, I am experienced leading diverse, multi-cultural teams and am able to convey complex information with clarity. I have presented at several engagements in Scotland, England, the USA and Canada and hold a dual Canadian/UK citizenship.
