With over ten years of sales management experience at Pearson, I lead five departments that aim to enhance the productivity and performance of our salesforce. As the Sr. Director of Sales Augmentation, I oversee $110M, 220 sales reps and students. My organization consists of a dedicated sales team responsible for the Humanaties and Social Sciences portfolio at Pearson, account sales specializing in coverage of 1,800 institutions, interim territory coverage for our salesforce, top of funnel sales development, and the Campus Ambassador Program- student advocates and brand ambassadors across the US. My core competencies include sales coaching, sales development, sales leadership, inside sales, data/KPI analytics and management, diversity recruiting, and LMS technology integration. I am passionate about using conversational AI and business writing skills to create engaging and effective communication strategies for our customers and stakeholders.
