As the Sr. Director of Sales Augmentation, I oversee $110M, 220 sales reps and students. My organization consists of a dedicated sales team responsible for the Humanaties and Social Sciences portfolio at Pearson, account sales specializing in coverage of 1,800 institutions, interim territory coverage for our salesforce, top of funnel sales development, and the Campus Ambassador Program- student advocates and brand ambassadors across the US.
