After meeting a young man some 30+ years ago who was born with some rather severe disabilities I was moved by his tremendous resilience and ability to bounce back stronger from the perceived setbacks life offered him. This young man is my inspiration to aquire some additional tools and techniques and dedicate the rest of my life to helping young people with disabilities.
