Organisational risk management.\\\\n\\\\nAchievements:\\\\n- Successfully earned the trust and approval of the group investment board for a\\\\ngroundbreaking business transformation program, representing the largest non-M&A\\\\ninvestment in the group\'s history (£600k).\\\\n\\\\n- Pioneered and implemented a comprehensive program to establish a unified Target\\\\nOperating Model (TOM) across all group operations.\\\\n\\\\n- Led a skilled team of 10 professionals,\\\\ntransitioning from a flat structure to specialized units in Operations, Systems, Data,\\\\nDevelopment, and Change/PMO.\\\\n\\\\n- Significantly reduced revenue spend by an impressive 1/3 (£400k) through strategic\\\\nprocurement initiatives and harmonisation efforts.\\\\n\\\\n- Rebuilt confidence in service delivery by introducing IT Service Management (ITSM)\\\\npractices, including establishing agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the\\\\noperations.\\\\n\\\\n- Strengthened the Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities, introducing SCRUM and\\\\nKANBAN methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Technology\\\\nand Marketing functions.\\\\n\\\\n- Successfully completed the seamless merger of two M&A entities, harmonizing People,\\\\nAssets, Processes, and Systems to ensure a cohesive and integrated business structure.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
