GDP is a small partnership of drilling & completions experts who have a passion for drilling oil wells, sharing our knowledge, and helping operators continuously improve. We are drilling managers, drilling superintendents, drilling engineers, technical company men, and ERD advisors who chose to leave large corporations to form a close-knit, high-caliber group in which everyone has a stake in the success of our business.All of GDP are degreed engineers with worldwide operational experience who have overseen, advised or coached on high-profile, complex, and world-record wells. These fortunate experiences allowed us to work with amazing drilling teams around the world and have exposed us to most drilling technologies available. Currently we are involved with many performance improvement projects for established major operators where spud-to-release days have been reduced by 30-55%.
