We work one-on-one with the families to identify care, living, geographical and financial considerations to advise them of which communities best fit those needs. Establish and develop relationships with social workers, discharge supervisors, Dr\'s offices, hospital discharge staff, Certified Financial Planners, Certified Public Accounts, wealth management companies, Eldercare Attorney\'s, senior focused companies, Alzheimer Association, senior centers and other government agencies work with seniors to maintain dignity and quality of life.
